I SEE A SHIRT ON YOUR INSTAGRAM (@C2CTEES) THAT I DON'T SEE ON YOUR SITE...WHAT GIVES?
Not all shirts are available at all times. I know, it's annoying. Limited runs of tees (specifically multi-color tees) are generally batched together due to the amount of work that goes into burning screens, registering colors, etc. etc. Plus, carrying inventory is the worst. All tees are made-to-order, so if you've missed out on a presale, follow along on Instagram/Facebook and grab one on the next batch!
WHY 2-3 WEEKS FOR FULFILLMENT? CAN I GET MY SHIRT FASTER?
I'll definitely do my best! If you have a birthday/special occasion coming up, send me an email (it's me answering, NOT A BOT) and I'll tell you honestly. Right now I'm just one guy doing it all, so bear with me! Hopefully I'll continue to grow and get more systems in place to speed up the process. If you're in that Amazon Prime mindset when you come to the site, either change that up, or let's just decide that we're not that compatible.
why not just keep inventory?
I've tried that. I'm a small business. And I live in a small house. There's not much room for it, and why would I want to play guessing games, or sit on a whole bunch of XS and XXXL tees when I can just print you what you order and both of us are stoked?
do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
Yes, to both. Items must be unworn and unwashed. That being said, I AM trying to push the mindset of "conscious consumerism", meaning PLEASE don't treat this like Amazon and grab 3 different sizes with the intention to return 2 of them. If you have sizing questions, hit me up! I'll tell you what I know and hopefully point you in the right direction. In the end, I want you to be happy with your purchase both in shirt/print quality as well as fit (which is why I consistently use high quality blanks to try and let you find that "sweet spot" where every print will be that perfect fit for you).
